A Word about Shipping Moxie - HEAVY
Moxie, like most liquids, is heavy. It's not uncommon for shipping charges to exceed product charges. With this in mind, we have established the following shipping guidelines for buyMoxie.com:
- Orders travel low cost ground with no surcharges or handling fees added.
- A shipping estimator is provided at checkout before commiting an order.
- 3-5 days are required to process orders before delivery to ground shipper.
- The shipper, usually UPS, needs 2-5 days depending on distance, season, weather, etc.
- Only standard package insurance with a maximum of $100 is provided.
- Overnight and overseas shipping is not offered by buyMoxie.com (just too $).
- Shipping of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Holiday Shipping Guarantee - We know it's important to receive gifts before Christmas so we guarantee your gift will reach it's destination by December 25 if ordered by the due date (Dec 18 for 2010). If the package fails to make it, let us know and, after verifying with our friends at UPS, we will provide a store credit for the shipping cost. Some restrictions apply such as unusually harsh weather and the order must be standard stock and details.
